I can not say enough wonderful things about Randy and Cathy. They truly go above and beyond in every sense. We have brought our two dogs to them for both care while we were on vacation and for training. I have never felt more at ease about leaving our fur babies while we went out of town. I have used other kennels in the past that were highly rated and not had great experiences, and was hesitant to have to leave them. However, ‘Not Just Kibble’ is not a typical kennel/boarding experience. Randy and Cathy bring the dogs right into their own home and treat them as their own. The passion and love that they have for dogs and animals is so evident in every way they run their buissness, you can feel good about dropping them off and not have to worry a bit. I love getting video and photo updates and seeing how much fun the dogs are having! They are always available if you have any questions and are such kind people.
Truly beyond 5 star. I am so glad we found them and would reccomend to anyone needing care or training.
“I had Randy work with this 2 year old stubborn knucklehead. After two weeks of focused and dedicated work with this pup, he was able to learn my dog's good and bad habits, focus on what needed attention and show him how to behave like a well mannered dog. Both Randy and Cathy do an excellent job of sharing updates on his achievements or shortcomings with texts and videos. I recommend this team for any training you may need. As I said they are 100% invested in helping our dog be all he can be!”

Not only did they have the expertise and patience to deal with his limitations, they also knew how to handle his bossy personality (and they helped me with managing him too)! In fact, the second time we went there, he was just as excited as visiting my sister’s home in the country. I cannot say enough great things about Randy and Cathy Thompson at Not Just Kibble! Each time our Alice visits them she has an amazing time, not only playing, but also learning from their expertise! Their love for the dogs and also for what they do is VERY evident!
Leaving your pet is hard, but they make it as easy and seamless as possible by welcoming our pup into their home and treating her as family. They also send regular updates, pictures and videos which are always amazing!
I love being comfortable and able to enjoy our time away when Alice is not able to accompany, knowing she will be loved and cared for entirely! I would 1000% recommend them for a loving place for your fur family to stay, for training, or even for daycare for your furry friend!

Absolutely they are amazing They looked after our morkey Bailey who we had to say goodbye to but if I ever had another dog they would be definitely the ones to look after him.
